PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users register on the App, an order fill out, a form respond to a survey, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available through the app. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, gender, email address, mailing address, phone number, location, etc.

  2. Users may, however, browse through the App anonymously.

  5. To administer a content, promotion, survey or other App feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive, about topics we think will be of interest to them.

  6. To send periodic emails and SMS: The email address and mobile number Users provide for order processing, will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decide to opt-in to our mailing and SMS list, they will receive emails or SMSs that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. The SMSs shall be sent to customers who have registered with us and have been active with us. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
ABOUT COUPON CODES

We often release coupon codes as a promotion or a discount for new or repeat customers. Please bear in mind that each coupon code may be used by a User only once. However, the same User might be eligible to use a new coupon code that has been released, depending on the terms and conditions of the new coupon code. Note that each coupon code is created with its own terms and conditions, and the decision to honor a coupon code lies entirely with Anupama Feeds & Farms. We also reserve the right to stop a promotion at any time, without prior notice.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our App.

When we do, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page, we encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

REFUND POLICYS

In case the customer has paid online while placing an order and there has been cancellation of the order, the complete order amount shall be credited into the customer's account. The customer can also have the cancelled order amount refunded into the account by writing to customercare@idealchicken.in. A refund shall be initiated and the amount shall be reflecting in the customer's bank / credit card account in 7 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can cancel the order that has been placed before the order gets into the processing status. Ideal Chicken also reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the customer in case the order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons such as unavailability of the stock, address not serviceable etc., In both the cases mentioned above, the complete amount charged shall be credited into the customer's account. The customer can also have the cancelled order amount refunded into the account by writing to customercare@idealchicken.in. A refund shall be initiated and the amount shall be reflecting in the customer's bank / credit card account in 7 working days.


THIRD PARTY APPS

Users may find advertising or other content on our App that link to the apps and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these apps and are not responsible for the practices employed by apps linked to or from our App. In addition, these apps or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These apps and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other app, including apps which have a link to our App, is subject to that app's own terms and policies.
